I'd like to propose a new Project and/or community which should provide a place (e.g. mailinglist) for shell related discussions (for issues about the ksh shell which are beyond the ksh93-integgration project, to have a list for csh and /bin/sh (the original bourne shell), discuss issues like the current XATTR problems and so on...).
