I believe so to; the continuous incremental updates are a low incremental cost which is only incurred when there are overlapping files changed. Depending on what you are changing this happens more or less frequent; doing a big-bang sync gives you a *pile* of administrative file editing and it is then *much* easier to mismerge essential changes. >I'm a firm believer in continuous integration, especially when several >people are working on the same source. Yep. And upgrading the OS release or build tools is not that frequently necessary. Build tools are very stable and you must realize that everyone builds on older builds but there are times when you need to have something less than two months old.
