The first complete program that used the CDDL (since February 2005) was star. Since May 2006, cdrtools (cdrecord + others) use mainly the CDDL. Total ~ 8MB of code, 260000 lines of code. 29% of the complete project is still under GPL (mkisofs). Of course, SchilliX, Belenix and Nexenta are under CDDL....
