Hmm, that doesn't sound right to me. I believe that the correct notice
is at http://www.opensolaris.org/os/downloads/on/, which says
Some binary components are covered under the OpenSolaris Binary
License and some are covered under other open source licenses.
Can you give me a pointer to where it says (or implies) that everything
is under the OpenSolaris Binary License? If Sun is posting something
with misleading wording, we'll want to fix it.
If you check this:

it is obvious from the list that the files from the lower half are completely
under the "OBL".
That's wrong, that should probably say "OBL,Others". I'll update
