  Well I am just a customer, user, community member and member of the great
unwashed masses and I pay that $99 as well as for support contracts and all
that jazz.  Heck, I even have a new Sun x86 unit here.  ( snazzy too! )

  I can tell you that the best source of support that I have found is here in
this discussion group as well as the IRC channels.  Then I can read Sunsolve
and BigAdmin as well as the public forums like comp.unix.solaris etc.

  I have never really used my Solaris Express subscription.  I get an email
that tells me where to download the ISOs. These were already released by
the OpenSolaris project as SXCR and hey, in the end, its all beta.  Only
S10U2 is on my production gear as well as recent customer sites.[1]

  Just some feedback.

[1] with the exception of a guy on Solaris 8 update 1 and E4500's :-(
    I have already pushed for S10U2 on x86 and its being reviewed.
