Of course you can always choose not to answer. There are many people especially from Linux world accustomed to open groups "support" - but hey it's really good enough for a lot of people. We can either discourage them to use Open Solaris (and yes, Solaris) or make their with (Open)Solaris better as they already have a problem with it. With Linux they will get an answer most of the time even if it's not real support quality but it works for them.
