Well, the original question did ask about Solaris 10 and Solaris 11, which are commercial products based on OpenSolaris. So, while I agree it is reasonable to ask for an OpenSolaris roadmap (you can find a very rudimentary one at http://www.opensolaris.org/os/about/roadmap/ and a build schedule at http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/on/onnv_schedule.txt), and ask about features that are being developed in OpenSolaris, I don't necessarily think it is appropriate to be asking about the roadmaps of a commercial product. In a Linux analog, would you ask about the roadmap of RHES on the Linux Kernel Mailing List? -spp This message posted from opensolaris.org _______________________________________________ opensolaris-discuss mailing list [email protected]
