please note that all the usb adsl modems use firmwares, these
firmwares should be easy to extract and there should be a standard
place in the filesystem to put them ( maybe /usr/lib/firmware/adslusb
?), documenting somewhere in the project the name of the file that has
the firmware when the modem is installed in windows for example would
be a good start.
those firmwares cannot be freely distributed
