We (the Network Auto-Magic team) have incorporated the feedback on our
first API draft:

In addition, we have posted our command line interface:

Along with that, we have made a number of minor updates to our design doc:

Note that the latter is by far the largest document, and contains pointers
to both of the former.
As a result, our design is now complete, and we seek your feedback. Many
