Fair point, though it really does depend on the particulars of the
case.

Even so, I think that immediately presuming that the ARC's bandwidth
for fast-tracks will be a limiting or significant factor in handling
such cases is probably a bit premature.  Let's fix the problems we
actually experience rather than imagining new ones we've yet to
encounter.
