I was reading Moinak Ghosh's blog about Belenix 0.6 improvements: http://blogs.sun.com/moinakg/entry/belenix_dvd_with_netbeans_openoffice#comments and I'm a bit interested in the application development futures in OpenSolaris. He is including Netbeans 5.5 and Java EE Application Server 9.0 U1 which I assume is what Moink wants developers to develop applications with Belenix in the future? Or is this some sort of general direction of OpenSolaris development because the Sun Studio compiler is not redistributable and Java EE is the only future direction for OpenSolaris?
I would have commented directly in the blog but there seems to be some sort of 2 blog comment limit and comments are closed on the Sun blogs page. ---Bob This message posted from opensolaris.org _______________________________________________ opensolaris-discuss mailing list [email protected]
