build have changed, which did break the Xv extension for ATI Radeon cards:

snv_58, when Xorg 7.2 went in with a completely different build system
(autoconf instead of Imake) - I think the linking issue raised in that
thread should be fixed in nv_63, but I haven't tested if it also fixes
the Xv issue (the only Radeon device I use is the one on the Ferrari
laptop, where I have no choice, and I don't have any Xv-using software there).
