Since OSSv4 already works with Solaris and it becoming the new audio subsystem, I tried compiling the OSS plugin for gstreamer. It's from the gst-plugins-good-0.10.4 package and works fine with the current gstreamer binaries in b62. Just drop it into /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10 and use gstreamer-properties to set it as default.
