If his is true, I understand why the Linux kernel people 
don't like to integrate reiser4. But hey: Solaris has 
a VFS interface that does not force you to circument it ;-)

Completely correct and this is why it would not help to 
change to license to spread ZFS to Linux also. As long
as there is the NIH syndrom in the head of the peole,
the license is a secondary issue.
