Oh c**p! I was just about to order some Jetway mini-ITX boards with that 
ChipSet to develop products on. I even contacted Jetway directly to inquire 
about becoming an authorized solution provider and reseller. This is definitely 
bad news.


Well in that case "you're welcome" is the correct response here
because I got there first and hit this wall and bashed my brains out
on trying to get that RTL8110SC based ethernet to work with the
available drivers.

So if you were thanking me for blowing the time energy and money so
that you don't have to ... you're welcome is all I can say.

Also .. stay away from the Jetway motherboard.
