I am unable to change Firefox display fonts in either Chinese (unicode) or Japanese (unicode) locale (i.e., change the settings in Edit -> Preferences -> Content -> Fonts & Colors -> Advanced has no effect in these locales). However, I can change the display fonts in my default (unicode American English) locale.
