Lina sounds interesting, but until they make a release and the source available, I think it's premature to start hyping it. Give it some time to mature and gain some traction. I wouldn't think that it would be a hard port, since they claim that they will support Unix. If you think about it, it's standard vm, with hooks to the native window API and manager for drawing, rather than running it its own window. Many X-window servers on Windows do this already.
