I understood it as "normal user account".
(Not root, nor any other special [Solaris] account.)
Your default user account.
Something like "nicolas".

Is it really so ambiguous???
Or do you intend to join those who are continuously attempting to bash Ian 
where they can, often without really bringing valid arguments [while there are 
valid points they could address]?
