Users might help Open Solaris by giving a feed back, by telling them what they want. That would be great help, and beyond that, if you want users to roll up their sleeves and help out, no, that is not going to happen. That can never happen. Yes, the user wants it all delivered on a sliver platter, they wouldn't go anywhere near the kitchen, let alone do the dishes. Users are guests.
