Unless you're been living under a rock or in some cave for the last 30
years - software is a service industry; I don't have skills so I pay
*YOU* to create software to allow *ME* to do the work I need to do with
the least amount of effort required.

I remember, a customer is not a computer expert, they shouldn't need to
be a computer or a Solaris expert to get Solaris up and running on their
machine.
