The GPL does not forbid linking. In fact, the term "linking" appears nowhere in
the GPL text. People wo try to explain the GPL by using the term "linking" are
just wrong.
If you let other code use GPLd code, you _may_ create a drived work. If you do
not publish this combination, you do not violate the GPL.
