Perhaps not, but I asked for opinions about the feasibility of this.

Sun hasn't been a responsible steward, as evidenced by the strongarm  
tactics with respect to naming and it's done more to split the  
community than grow it. Ergo, I asked if it would be possible for the  
OGB to do it's job, take ownership of the codebase and create a new  
trademark that isn't Sun intellectual property that we can refer to  
when we speak of OpenS*aris distros. this would allow Sun to get their  
way and not have to consult the community when they create a  
distribution and force it to be called OpenSolaris, and have the  
community get it's way and not be held by the whims of Sun's marketing  
department.

"OpenSolaris: a $foo distro", or "Nexenta $foo", for example
