First enable gdm

/etc/init.d/dtlogin stop
/usr/dt/bin/dtconfig -d
svcadm enable gdm2-login

/etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf

uncomment 

SystemMenu=true
RebootCommand=/usr/sbin/reboot
HaltCommand=/usr/sbin/shutdown -i5 -g0 -y
