OK.

If you can get packet traces on that Ethernet interface, that'll quite
likely point us in the right direction.

I searched, but I wasn't able to find any special configuration
information for AntelData, so I don't know what to make of it.
However, a lack of output from pppoec suggests a pretty low-level
problem.  The server just isn't responding, and figuring out why
should be the next step.
