Awesome, thanks heaps for providing this service! As someone also  
living in NZ, I can appreciate the pain of the current set of  
broadband plans on offer over here. The various licenses that cover  
OpenSolaris 2008.05 all allow for re-distribution, and because you're  
redistributing it unmodified, then I don't believe there are any  
problems with that (cc'ing Dan, my boss, so he's in the loop on this  
too).

In terms of a public list that online retailers can join, there's  
nothing at the moment though I agree that some page should exist to  
detail some of the download options. I know Stephen's been keeping a  
list of mirrors on his blog

that would be good to get up on opensolaris.com, along with other  
options for getting the CD. I'll follow up on this so that we can make  
sure it's in the plans for the next rev of the website.
