Is Sun Studio 12 available for OpenSolaris or are we stuck with ss-dev ?
I am not sure .. but I think that Sun Studio 12 can be extracted as a
tarball on a
OpenSolaris machine but then you can not patch it. In fact .. there is no way
to patch anything unless you hand unroll the patch files and then move bits
around yourself. I think.
