I appreciate the additional information, and I also appreciate the fact that 
you took some of your time to research this.

As you might or might not be aware, not being a Sun Microsystems employee, I do 
not see those additional fields, so when a CR gets mutated, I have no way of 
knowing who manipulated it; if you hadn't researched it, I would have had no 
way to know what happened and who to contact.

I'm sorry, but something as trivial as consistently mounting all kinds of 
removable media (which the OS supports) does not classify as "my individual 
needs"; further, I believe this to fall under basic operating system 
functionality. Do you agree?

Again, I'm asserting that this is basic operating system functionality; if you 
disagree with me, I ask you to please explain why you think that I should be 
paying support to have removable media mounted automatically.
