Hi, I was wondering if I would be able to run openSolaris on my Gateway MX6441 AMD Turion 64 Mobile Technology, 798MHz, 448MB DDR laptop with a Broadcom wireless card and ATI graphics.
I'm not very technical, but I have been using Ubuntu on my laptop for about 6 months. I would like to put openSolaris on a partition and see if it is for me. However, If I won't be able to get the wireless to work then I really need not try. I mainly use my laptop for just web browsing, OpenOffice applications, and personal e-mail.
