Sridhar, I hope I am not too blunt in saying this but you would do well to first take the effort to Google for your answers before asking others to do it for you, i.e if you want documentation for opensolaris, google "opensolaris documentation". There are a lot of folks who love to help, but, like you have limited amounts of time dedicated to providing free support.
Be adventurous and just give OpenSolaris a try, play around, click on things, install things, change things google for your questions...if you can't find answers feel free to ask.
