That's the price for the "our engineers will go over your code and fix it" license, IIRC.
When you consider the man-hours something like that would require, it's not completely unreasonable. Opera have said they have found a bug, have we seen a write-up in d.o.o? Have they made any effort to contact any of the community for assistance?
