Just boot with a Solaris/OpenSolaris CDROM/DVD and then use format -e to format those disks. Then install. Regardless what others may tell you, UFS is not a step backwards. It is just sideways. Lots of datacenters run it in production just fine and have no formal policy on ZFS yet. So don't worry, UFS still works and it has a cool utility called "ufsdump" that allows you to do nice easy backups and restores. UFS works just fine. -- Dennis Clarke [email protected] <- Email related to the open source Solaris [email protected] <- Email related to open source for Solaris _______________________________________________ opensolaris-discuss mailing list [email protected]
