These informations are incorrect. For Firefox 3.6, you should link 
/usr/java/jre/lib/i386/libnpjp2.so.

If it is missing, add it back.
Right click the panel, select Add to Panel ..., then select Custom Application 
Launcher, enter /opt/sfw/bin/firefox %u for Command.
The icon for Firefox is in /usr/share/icons/nimbus/48x48/apps.

Or you can just link /usr/bin/firefox to your firefox.

Ignore these warnings, they're harmless.
These warnings are displayed when you set your Firefox as default browser, 
because Firefox uses a deprecated function to do that.
However, it still works.
