Your implication that a call can be logged with support and no customer contact in 90-120 days is way outside of any kind of process and should have been flagged to management *WELL* before this kind of time.
If you can provide me with evidence of such (eg a case number), I would be happy to investigate.
I will take the absence of any such evidence to be confirmation that you are simply spreading FUD.
