Honestly, no. As I've said before, *I* (and many others here) think that spending effort to make OpenSolaris more like Linux and Windows is a grave mistake. If these features come for free (say by simply recompiling work done for Linux/*BSD), then that's great. But making OpenSolaris more like a consumer-oriented desktop OS is a horrible idea. That's not what it's strength is, and spending effort on this kind of stuff is detrimental to OpenSolaris as a whole.
Especially these days: if you need that functionality, run VirtualBox with Windows or Linux inside it.
