I'm happy for you that you work for a company that can demand such a low support cost. It must be a large company, or at least a big customer.
For myself, Oracle quoted me $1k per machine. My tiny array of four mail servers: $4,000. Per year. For what amounts to patch access, because it's faster to toss one of these machines and rebuild than it is to call Oracle out for anything bigger. You can deploy ten machines for the cost of my four; I'm happy for you.
