The default installation steps do not allow Chinese characters to be shown. I have posted a series of screenshots to show how to make Solaris at least an English/Chinese bilingual OS. While I was not able to get anyone to spend even 15 minutes to play the OpenSolaris LiveCD, I know a lot of people in China (particularly their government officials) are VERY interested in the Solaris proper.
