Hi Stephen,

Obviously OI is in "bootstrap" phase at the moment and there are of course bugs 
and things are not quite as polished as they should be, but we're keen to 
solicit end-user feed back and rectify any issues you're experiencing. If 
you're running OpenSolaris 2009.06, you would need to upgrade to OpenSolaris 
b134 before attempting to update to OpenIndiana b147.

Regarding support, I checked the OpenIndiana-discuss mailing list but couldn't 
see any posts from yourself. When you say the support is a big mess, do you 
mean the documentation on the website or wiki etc..?

Lastly, keep in mind the license for S11 Express only permits use for 
development and test purposes, otherwise you have to buy a license...
