Isn't it easier and faster with ext3/ntfs drivers from FSWpart / FSWfsmisc and get all the data this way?
Anyway, from what I see, zfs-fuse 0.5.0 (which is releasead a year ago? they're not too keen on releases) supports v13 of zpool, yet default opensolaris pools are v14 already (and, IIRC v16 with latest updates). That means, that you'll at best be able to access only new pools which are created specifically with zpool create -o version=13 poolname cXtXdX and with absolutely no chance to downgrade your already existing rpool.
