I don't have a DNS server (that I know of), but the strange thing is, my Linux machine is visible by name on all the windows boxes. I'm trying to figure out what is different about OpenSolaris, so I can make it do the same thing.
In that "search" line, what should I put in for my domain? I'm not sure I have one. I just have a host name. Is that the same as my domain? -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
