[osol-help] Ethernet problem

Hi,
I installed opensolaris but i have a problem. My ethernet driver and wireless 
driver wasn't installed. thus, i cannot connect to internet. i use 
Fujitsu-siemes amilo pro v3515, and the ethernet driver is Via fast rhine II, 
wireless adapter is Atheros. Can you help me? how can i install this drivers?
