Can you run:

pkgrm CSKmysql32

and then pkgadd the CSKmysql32 from the Coolstack AMP bundle again (same as
you describe in your email), only this time allow it to change the
attributes of /opt by answering 'y' to the question:

>>The following files are already installed on the system and are being used
by another package:
>> /opt <attribute change only>

>>Do you want to install these conflicting files [y,n,?,q]

Then send us the full output from pkgadd.

The MySQL in the Coolstack AMP bundle is installed to
/opt/coolstack/mysql_32bit. 'locate mysql32' won't give you much as none of
the installed file names include 'mysql32'
