Hi guys, I did download the SunStudio12 from Sun website, However when I try to install it on my opensolaris 2009.06 I am getting a message that the installer is not supported. So it says to try get one from ips servers.
However from my opensolaris I cannot access the internet, so I have to use the windows, dowload the packge, put this package in a common folder and so use the opensolaris to install it. I was trying to download the package from pkg.opensolaris.org however I cannot. Any idea on how to proceed with that? Personnaly I would like to know how to download the package, copy it to the harddisk and so start the solaris and install it using the package manager.
