I think this might be related to my workstation hardware as the same
virtual disk image will boot on a Macbook running the same version of
Virtual Box.

The system which fails to boot the disk image is:
SXCE Build 117
VirtualBox 3.0.0: 1 Processor, 768 MB RAM, 128MB Video memory, VT-x
AMD-V (all settings fail), nested paging (on and off), 20 GB IDE primary
master virtual Disk. No serial, floppy, audo, or USB, no shared folders .

Physical hardware:

ASUS M3A78-T AM2+/AM2 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard
AMD Phenom II X4 920 2.8GHz Quad Core
8 GB RAM
3 640GB Segate SATA drives, zfs concatenated
2 250 GB Segate SATA zfs mirrored for OS.

Press any key to reboot.

This is consistent and so far, only happens with B117.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

John
