I installed OpenSolaris on a SATA drive on KN9 SLI motherboard. It worked fine.
I then installed gNewSense linux on the next partition - now only linux boots,
I don't get an option to chose.
When I use partion manager, it shows an "unknown" partition for OpenSolaris,
as linux does not recognize ZFS file system. I don't want to override the data
on my OpenSolaris, as I have some email and personal files (that I should have
backed up before installing linux, I know).
When I try to install OpenSolaris again, the only option is to erase all my
data from the existing installation, which I don't want to do.

Is there some boot manager software that I can use? I will be gratefull for any
advice.

This situation makes me think that, with the prices of storage going down, it
does not make sense to partition hard drives any more...I will probably just
get another hard drive and have these systems run separately.
