On the MBR on the same disk that contains the
OpenSolaris fdisk partition that gets installed
(that is, in your case, the second disk).

You can't tell the opensolaris installer where to put
the grub bootcode.

The MBR boot code installed by OpenSolaris also
has the special requirement that the boot disk is
bios drive 0x80 / C:

You can't tell the OpenSolaris installer to put the MBR
boot code and grub on another disk.
