[osol-help] Help installing .tar.bz2 and p5i

SUNWflexlex is not yet installed by default, so if you have an idea how will I 
install that without connecting to the internet.  I need that to used ndis 
because I try to used ndis without installing that but I get a fatal error 
building the wireless driver.
