Sorry, my bad. You can get SUNWflexlex from the Solaris 10 ISO 
(http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/get.jsp).

Instructions for mounting the iso are here:

http://blogs.sun.com/observatory/entry/mounting_an_iso

Then run:

pfexec pkgadd -d /mnt/Solaris_10/Product/

And type in SUNWflexlex when prompted for the package you wish to install.
