openSolaris 118 loads normally until going to GNOME session. After typing login/password it begins to load..load...load... Then after 10-20 min appears message: "GConf error: Failed to contact configuration server; some possible causes are that you need to enable TCP/IP networking for ORBit, or you have stable NFS locks due to a system crash..... " After time desktop appears with icons only.
So I went to gnome site and look for a solution - I have found no lock files on my system( ~/.gconfd/lock/ior; ~/.gconf/%gconf-xml-backend.lock/ior). Also HDD is always light.. I can login as safe mode terminal. Please, help (( -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
