Ok, for starters, what version and build of OpenSolaris are you running? Please run a "uname -a" command at the command line interface and copy and paste the output in this forum.
Also, what method did you use to install Sun Studio? Did you install it via the IPS package system by typing in the following command at the command line: $ pfexec pkg install sunstudio ? -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
