We need to know how your system is configured before we can start to troubleshoot.
Please post the results you get from running an "ifconfig -a" command on the command line. Also check the Device Driver utility to see if there are any device driver problems and if there are, please post them in this thread. Also, run the "svcs -x" command at the command line to see if there are any problems with any services.
